Yesterday we put our tourist hats on (literally) and ventured out on the "Vista Star" for a 90-minute sightseeing cruise on the harbor of Lake Superior. It was a crisp September morning but the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day to be on the water. Isaac has been talking so much about the 'big boats' that he always sees on the Lake, so we decided to get a boat ride of our own done before the weather turns too much colder. He enjoyed it and the many things we saw along our ride - the famous Aerial Lift Bridge and going underneath it (twice), the many ships we saw anchored in the harbor and other smaller boats/sail boats along the way. We love that we can still be tourists in our own city that has so much to offer - we're still experiencing new things and never tire of experiencing the great Lake Superior.
