Christmas Program

Yesterday we got to enjoy Isaac's last preschool Christmas program. As usual, the kids were excited to perform, and I must say that Isaac was truly the loudest singer. Guess all that practicing at home the last couple of weeks paid off. :-)

December Fun

Whew! This sure has been a busy month making preparations for our Christmas travel and all that goes into this most wonderful time of the year. Somehow, we got most of it done and are as ready as we are going to be. Oh, and did I mention that we managed to squeeze in some fun in between the things on our to-do list?

Bentleyville - the nation's largest outdoor display of lights

Visiting Santa

Going for a ride on the Polar Express

Going for a sleigh ride

You can see more photos of our adventures here:

It sure has been fun experiencing the Season through the eyes of a child and anticipating the wonderful time ahead. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

November Highlights

Whew...hard to believe it's been a whole month since we've posted...a lot of life has been happening in November! Here are a few highlights from the month:

Early November, Isaac got to bring home "Cubbie" friend from his Awana Club at church. There weren't many places that Cubbie didn't go with Isaac that week:

Coloring at the Kitchen Table

Playing Trains

Going to Bed

At UMD for Swim Lessons - Bull Dog
Of course, a highlight was spending Thanksgiving in Spicer, MN (see November Photo Galleries for more pics).

Then, we enjoyed coming home to put up our Christmas Tree:

...and of course have been enjoying the snow!
